IMPORTANT NOTES: Any trailer listed for sale on our website is put up for private sale by the trailer owner and is for sale to remain in the park for a minimum of one FULL season (ie. if a trailer sells part way through a current season, the sold trailer remains for the remainder of that season and a FULL season the following year). Duins Pineridge Resort (the “Park”) makes no guarantee or warranty with respect to the trailers’ condition. Terms of sale to be negotiated between the Vendor and Purchaser with all risks of purchase and sale to be born soley by the Vendor and Purchaser. Please be aware that if the trailer is over 10 years old it could be a final sale while it remains on park property. The Park reserves the right to approve or reject potential Purchasers before any sale may take place. Approved Purchasers will be required to sign a License of Occupation for the seasonal site with the Park in accordance with the Park’s policies, failing which, the Park reserves the right to require removal of the trailer from the Park. Purchasers should note that Vendors are responsible for an administration fee to the Park upon sale of a trailer and are also responsible for ensuring that any outstanding invoices the Vendor may have with the Park are paid in full upon the sale of a trailer. Any fees owing to the Park by the Vendor become the responsibility of the Purchaser, if they remain unpaid after the sale has taken place, under the Storage & Liens Act. Purchasers should also note that if a Vendor sells a trailer, for use on Park property, without receiving permission from the Park, or without receiving approval of the Purchaser from the Park prior to the sale taking place, the Park reserves the right to require removal of the trailer from the Park.
